Creating a robust network is important for sustaining high quality VoIP service. Solis Computers has created a robust infrastructure with Tier-1 facilities in Miami and Dallas. VoIP hardware equipments from leading vendors such as Cisco and Sysmaster have been used in developing the netwForks. Cisco and Sysmaster configuration have been used for designing purposes. Our networks have been designed using SIP protocol with 4 codecs. The VoIP codecs used in our networks are G.723, G.729, GSW and ULAW. The set-up configuration for a PSTN-to-VoIP call with a Sysmaster origination gateway is a 13 step process where we ensure that all possible steps are taken to offer the best quality of service to our customers. The steps involved are provider set-up, provider rate set-up, routing table set-up, language server configuration, IVR profile configuration, IVR object configuration, radius server group configuration, radius server configuration, inbound profile configuration, outbound profile configuration, end points configuration, span configuration and call filter configuration. When the voice packets reach the receiver end, high quality of voice is delivered to the end user. We have used VoIP compatibles from Cisco, Sysmaster, Quintum and Asterisk for developing the networks. At Solis our engineers constantly monitor the network to offer the highest level of reliability and redundancy possible. At the customers end it is important to follow certain basic guidelines when configuring the VoIP network. When an end user is connecting to a VoIP service to make and receive SIP calls it is mandatory that each location must be able to connect to a high-speed connection to the Internet or private network. The first step should be to connect to the LAN or IP network, it should be confirmed that the network connection has sufficient capacity for VoIP, the installation engineer should ensure that there is a path for voice data between the router/firewall and the voice traffic is prioritized. At Solis we have designed our solutions in a manner that helps support different types of network configurations. VoIP cannot be limited to one state or a country. It is a global communication medium and used to unleash the highest possible benefits to customers. Keeping this objective in mind our engineers are constantly innovating and adopting industry best practices to upgrade our networks all with the single objective that customers get the best value of their money. If you enterprise is facing challenges in establishing a robust communication network you can call us to help you out. |
